> Terms & Conditions

1. Rates apply for normal service; for urgent 1.5 times the rates. Standard 1 kg load for per trip. $1.00 for every additional 1 kg thereafter.
2. Normal Service is within 5 hours. Urgent Services within 3 hours. Applicable in mainland Singapore only.
3. Additional $2.00 for oversizing. ( If exceed height & width of A4 size paper )
4. $3.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of waiting time.
5. Cut off timing is 2 pm for same day service. For urgent service, cut off timing is 5 pm.
6. No Delivery to Sentosa, Universities, Army camps, all PSA ports and ferry points, Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex and Terminals.
7 . Our maximum liability is limited to, and shall not exceed $50.00 per consignment
8 . Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
