Pick & Return Service

Definition : Need repair but don't have the time? We provide a hassle free service in picking up your computer from your home/office and returning it to you once the repair or upgrade is done.
Turnaround Time : Depending on the complexity of your PC problem, our turnaround time is usually 1 to 2 working days for repairs.
Charges :  

#1. S$20.00 for transporting full set of CPU + MONITOR (to & fro)

#2. S$12.00 for transporting CPU (to & fro)

#3. Repair charges will be based on your current plan.

#4. Excludes any hardware cost if replacement needed.

Notes :  

#5. Please ensure you arrange for someone to be available in the premises at the designated date and time so as to facilitate collection & delivery. Else, 50% of the transport charge will be applicable.
