FREE PC Tune Up
| Definition : | As part of the Nuclear Care Protection Plan, we are pleased to include the following; #1. Dust cleaning the internal hardware parts of your CPU. #2. Running system scan, disk clean up, updates of anti virus definitions, scan system for viruses, adware or spyware. #3. Installation of Windows Security updates, fixes and patches. #4. Freeing up more disk space and drive defragmentation. #5. Tracking potential hardware & software problems and give recommendations. |
| Turnaround Time : | 1 to 2 hours depending on your system specifications. (The time taken to do your PC tune up will NOT be deducted from the hours allocated to you when you sign up for any plan.) |
| Charges : | Covered under the Plan Subscription. PC tune ups are performed once a month. |
| Notes : | #6. Please ensure that you have a copy of the original licensed CD of the Microsoft Windows (98/ME/2000/XP) installed. #7. The FREE PC tune up cannot be brought forward to the next month if unused. However, subjected to plan subscribed, your unused service hours can be brought forward. |
