to give us a call first. For minor glitches that could possibly be solved

| Turnaround Time : | Depending on the complexity of your PC problem, you will usually receive an answer on the spot or a guaranteed callback. |
| Charges : | #1.Charges will be based on your current plan. #2.Based on 15 minutes block per phone in session. Excluding waiting time for callbacks or enquiry based calls. #3. If onsite is required, your phone in session will be waived if it is within 15 minutes. |
| Notes : | #4. Kindly check your plan on whether it is within the support timing, otherwise your phone in session will be regarded as urgent and a 30 mins block will be deducted from your plan. #5.
