3 Hour Response Time

Definition :

We respond within 3 hours of your request. For the "Soho" plan subscribers, there is no cut off timing. If we did not meet the 3 hour response time, you shall get one FREE HOUR credited to your account.

For the "Family" plan, our cut off timing is 6 pm. Any bookings after 6pm will be serviced on the next business day. For same day, urgent jobs after 6pm, the Late night Surcharge is applicable.

Our response time is usually between 4 to 24 hours for plans that are ineligible for our 3 hour response time schedule.

Turnaround Time :

Depending on the complexity of your PC problem, there is some remote possibility that our engineers are sometimes required to complete the job for you beyond the stiplulated time. In the event of extended hours (while on the job), we will only bill you based on your current hour credit. If you've run out of hours on your current plan, we'll simply use the first hour and subsequent hour billing policy.

Charges :  

#1.Charges will be based on your current plan.

#2.Transportation charge is waived if you've subscribed to any plans.

#3. Excludes any hardware cost if replacement needed.

#4. If you're on the "affinity" plan and you need us onsite after 6pm, It's S$25.00 per incident excluding the time needed to perform the repair.

Notes :  

#5. Please ensure that you are available in the premises at the designated date and time so as to facilitate the repair to be done.

#6. Upon completion, please sign on our Service Report and Time Sheet so that your incident will be recorded for any future diagnosis needs.

#7. Any cancellations has to be done 12 hours beforehand by calling +65 6837 2908.

#8. Based on 1 hour block per job request onsite/offsite. Plan subscribed must be paid upfront before commencement. PC tune ups are NOT considered as a job request, therefore no deductions will be made on the hours allocated.
