24 Hour Phone Support

Definition :
Our 24 hour (x 7 days) hotline is specially dedicated to subscribers of "Fortress" or "Soho" plan. Manned by experienced, "ready to go" engineers, they are available for mission critical tech support upon your activation.
Turnaround Time :

Depending on the complexity of your PC problem, you will usually receive an answer on the spot or a guaranteed callback.

Charges :  

#1.Charges will be based on your current plan.

#2.Based on 15 minutes block per phone in session. Excluding waiting time for callbacks or enquiry based calls.

#3. If onsite is required, your phone in session will be waived if it is within 15 minutes.

Notes :  

#4. Kindly check your plan on whether it is within the support timing, otherwise your phone in session will be regarded as urgent and a 30 mins block will be deducted from your plan.
