24 hour Onsite Support

Definition :

No worries about Public Holidays or Sundays. With an impressive response time of 1 to 3 hours upon activation, you'll never have to wait too long for good service.

Our 24 hour (x 7 days) onsite is specially dedicated to subscribers of "Fortress" or "Soho" plan . Manned by experienced, "ready to go" engineers, they are available for your mission critical technical needs.

Turnaround Time :

Depending on the complexity of your PC problem, our turnaround time is usually the same day completion on site, without ever bringing back your PC to our workshop. Else if due to time constraints by either party, we will arrange for another mutually agreed re -appointment.

Charges :  

#1.Charges will be based on your current plan.

#2.Transportation charge is waived if you've subscribed to any plans.

#3. Excludes any hardware cost if replacement needed.

#4. Please ensure that you are available in the premises at the designated date and time so as to facilitate the repair to be done.

#5. Upon completion, please sign on our Service Report and Time Sheet so that your incident will be recorded for any future diagnosis needs.

#6. Any cancellations has to be done 12 hours beforehand by calling +65 6837 2908.

#7. Based on 1 hour block per job request onsite/offsite. Plan subscribed must be paid upfront before commencement. PC tune ups are NOT considered as a job request, therefore no deductions will be made on the hours allocated.
