Incorporated in 2004

With roots formed as early as 1999 in the computer business, the company was established in 2004 and lead by Jenson Lim. Milestones include setting up of the Nuclear Certified training courses, NuclearSoft, MOE registered vendor, web server setup, participation in Singnet broadband installation islandwide, supporting events in ITE & business functions, corporate alliances and more.

We are also one of the very few companies that have successfully taught the “real stuff” in computer repair to 200 over trainees, and many, as a result, were inspired to further their careers in the field of Information Technology. The confidence and opportunity given to them are the hallmark of our strive for excellence.

Nuclear is a humble start up with a strong focus on its customer base and has earned word of mouth recommendations throughout the years. However, the industry requires more than just a set of repair skills to get by. That is why Nuclear strives to innovate in many areas such as specialized onsite and helpdesk support for multi platforms (eg, linux, macintosh, windows server), greater innovation on customer service in terms of turnaround time, e-support and value added services. Operating its own line of web servers, programming, designing are just some of the turnkey services provided and a firm assurance to customers that we can pass on greater savings to them by not outsourcing or renting. Nuclear runs its own training wing. With continual and gradual additions to its ever growing syllabus, the training system is set in a perpetual motion to design better training programmes, course content as well as student development.
